Terms and Conditions

Last updated: June 2026

These Terms govern your use of the Carrgo platform, operated by Wild Brain Ltd, registered address Unit 1-2, James Carter Road, Mildenhall, IP28 7DE ("Carrgo", "we", "us"). By registering you agree to these terms.

1. What Carrgo is

Carrgo is an online marketplace connecting businesses that need vehicles transported (Shippers) with professional vehicle logistics operators (Transporters). We provide the technology platform. We are not a party to any transport contract between Shippers and Transporters and do not carry out vehicle movements ourselves.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or over to use Carrgo. You confirm that information you provide is accurate and that you have authority to bind any business you represent. Transporters must hold all licences, insurance and permits required to operate professionally in the UK. Carrgo does not verify these but may request evidence at any time.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorised access. We are not liable for losses from unauthorised account use.

4. How the platform works

Shippers post vehicle movement jobs. Transporters apply with a proposed price and ETA. Shippers select and confirm a transporter. The agreed price and transport terms are between Shipper and Transporter directly. Carrgo is not responsible for the quality of transport services, vehicle damage, delays, losses or disputes between users.

5. Subscriptions and fees

Transporter access requires a paid subscription: Individual transporter £15 per month, Operator company £100 per month. Shippers access the platform free during the MVP launch period. Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. Cancel any time; cancellation takes effect at end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months. Pricing may change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

6. Acceptable use

You must not post false or misleading listings, harass other users, attempt to reverse engineer the platform, use automated scraping tools, or deliberately arrange repeat transactions outside the platform to avoid subscription fees.

7. Ratings

Ratings must be honest and based on genuine experience. We may remove ratings we believe are false or abusive.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Carrgo is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability to you shall not exceed subscription fees paid in the three months before the relevant event. Nothing limits liability for fraud, negligence causing death or personal injury, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these terms or fraudulent activity. You may close your account at any time via account settings.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes

Material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
